We met with Manager Don Coots recently and listened as he provided an overview of their offerings;

The Williamsburg Apartments offer one and two bedroom units within walking distance to the hospital, Wooster Clinic, shopping, and restaurants. Each unit comes complete with its own air conditioner, ceiling fan and light, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The apartments all have either patios or balconies and our monthly rental includes heat, water, and sewage. We offer our tenants the flexibility to sign a month to month lease which allows them to stay as long as they wish. Apartment sizes range from 800 square feet to over 1000 square feet and they're available with one or one and a half baths.

We have plenty of parking and a limited number of carports are available, also. Each building include laundry facilities with commercial washers and dryers for our tenants' convenience. We handle all the maintenance of the individual units and the complex itself including the mowing and the snow removal and we have a nice little park where our tenants can relax.

We have a happy mixture of tenants including singles, small families, and seniors. Williamsburg Apartments is a pretty quiet complex featuring comfortable, affordable accommodations for tenants of all ages.
