While working years ago, Joy Wozny and Barb Truman noticed that job applicants were frequently not treated with respect and were seldom shown all the options and opportunities available to them. They discussed starting a business of their own where they could treat everyone fairly and strive to help people accomplish their career objectives, and in August of 2001, decided to open Structure Personnel Inc. Many times companies will find that they receive hundreds of resumés every time they advertise a position. Often, the majority of applicants aren't well suited for the advertised position. By utilizing our screening services, companies can have us select only the top three to five candidates for the position which saves their human resource department the many hours of interviewing unqualified applicants. The companies can interview those candidates in their offices or they can use our on-site conference room. From there, the companies can either hire the applicants outright, or try them on a temp-to-hire basis. The advantage of temp-to-hire is that it allows the company to make sure the employee can handle the assigned tasks and it gives the employee the opportunity to determine if they feel comfortable with the company's work environment. At the end of the temp-to-hire assignment, the companies have the option of hiring the employee at no additional charge.
